These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products from CalmPath Printables, operated by Saastix LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

The products

CalmPath Printables sells digital printable products — including workbooks, guides, planners, trackers, and other PDF toolkits, covering a range of topics for both children and adults. These are digital products delivered by download. Nothing is shipped.

Use of AI in our products

Some or all of the content in our printables — including text, illustrations, layouts, or activity ideas — may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. We review and edit this content before publishing, but we do not guarantee it is error-free, complete, or suited to every situation. Our printables are for general informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only and are not professional advice of any kind (including medical, nutritional, legal, financial, or educational advice). Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to download, print, and use the toolkit within your own household or family. You may reprint any planners, trackers, or worksheets included in it as often as you like for that household.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files, or any page from them.
• Share your download link publicly or upload the files to a file-sharing site.
• Claim authorship of the content as your own.
• Use the content commercially, or as part of a paid product, paid class, or paid service, without our written permission.

Classroom, co-op, therapy-practice, or other group use requires a separate license arrangement — contact us and we'll work it out with you.

Ownership

All content on this site and in our products — including text, design, layout, and illustrations, whether created by us or with AI assistance — is owned by Saastix LLC and protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a license to use the product as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

Adult supervision and use

Some of our products are designed for children to use together with a responsible adult (for example, cooking or activity toolkits). Adult supervision is required for any activity involving sharp tools, heat, appliances, small parts, or ingredients a child could be allergic to. Any dietary, safety, or activity guidance in our products is general in nature; the responsible adult is always in charge of assessing what's appropriate and safe for their own child or household.

Access and availability

After a successful payment, you will receive access to your download. We aim to keep download links working, but we recommend saving your files to your own device as soon as you receive them, since we cannot guarantee indefinite hosting of every past order.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable consumer-protection law says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published here applies to orders placed after it is posted. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
