Digital Product & Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds work for products purchased from CalmPath Printables, operated by Saastix LLC.

These are digital products

Every CalmPath Printables product is delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF (or similar digital file). Nothing is shipped, and access is granted as soon as your payment is confirmed.

Refunds

This Is Me Now journal: All sales are final because this is an instant digital download. Please review the preview pages before purchasing. For help accessing your files, email hello@calmpathprintables.com. This journal-specific policy does not change the policies for our other products or your statutory rights below.

Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can, purchases are generally final once the download has been accessed.

That said, we want you to actually be able to use what you bought. We will make it right — including issuing a refund where appropriate — in situations like these:

• The file will not open or is corrupted.
• Your download link fails and we're unable to restore your access.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• You purchased by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file.
• The product is materially different from what was described on the product page.

To request a refund under any of these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

Problems with your download

Check your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email first. If you still cannot access your files, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we will restore your access.

Email hello@calmpathprintables.com with your order email and roughly when you purchased. We answer support and refund requests as quickly as we can.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live. Where local law gives you stronger refund or cancellation rights for digital products than this policy does, those rights apply instead.
