CalmPath Printables is operated by Saastix LLC, doing business as CalmPath Printables ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website, sign up for our list, or purchase a printable toolkit, and how we use it.

What we collect

When you make a purchase, we collect the name and email address you provide at checkout so we can deliver your download and send your order confirmation. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers.

When you join our email list, we store the first name and email address you give us, the page you signed up from, the date, and your consent to receive email.

When you browse the site, we automatically collect standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed — through cookies and analytics tools.

When you contact us, we keep the content of your message and your email address so we can respond and keep a record of support requests.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase and provide access to your files.
• To send order confirmations, receipts, and support replies.
• To send marketing emails about new printables and related content, only if you opted in.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the site or our products.

About our products and AI

Many of our printables are created with the help of AI tools as part of our design and writing process, then reviewed and edited by us before publishing. Your personal information (name, email, payment details, messages) is never used to train any AI model, and we do not feed customer data into AI tools as part of how we operate this site.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run this business, including:

• Our payment processor, to process transactions (Stripe).
• Our email delivery / marketing platform, to send confirmations and newsletters (Lovable).
• Our website hosting and analytics providers, to run and measure the site (Lovable and Google Analytics).

Each of these providers only receives the information needed to perform their function and is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Email preferences

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; you will still receive essential messages related to a purchase you made (like a receipt or a download-recovery email).

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and analytics events (such as page views and checkout steps) to measure how well the site works. These are used in aggregate to understand overall site performance, not to build an individual profile of you or your child.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We keep purchase and account information for as long as needed to provide support, meet our accounting and tax obligations, and resolve disputes, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to the exception below.

This website and checkout process are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Some of our printable toolkits are designed for a child to use, but the account holder, purchaser, and any personal information we collect (name, email) always belongs to the responsible adult who buys the product.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to show you, correct, delete, or provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion; as stated above, we do not sell personal information. International visitors

This site is operated from the United States. If you are visiting or purchasing from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
